Randstad Singapore is seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to strengthen regional financial reporting for manufacturing operations. You will collaborate with overseas finance teams to ensure timely consolidation and high-quality analytics.

The role emphasizes accurate financial reporting, compliance, and process improvements, with exposure to audit reviews, budgets, and tax documentation. A strong Excel/PowerPoint skill set and SAP B1 experience are valuable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• 2 years of hands-on experience in analytical review of financial accounts; manufacturing/industrial sector is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles and compliance.
• Motivated self-starter with strong analytical and organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP B1 and Power BI are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly financial reporting packs from overseas teams and ensure timely submission to Group Consolidation.
• Prepare monthly management dashboards for plant entities with detailed analysis of performance.
• Support quarterly group reporting slides and reviews of audit reports, budgets and tax information.
• Verify and process weekly payment orders with complete supporting documentation.
• Assist system-related activities: inventory code activation, master data setup, and accounting master data changes.
