Working Hours: 9am – 5pm, Mon - Fri

Sole Contributor

Responsibilities
  • Manage full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Handle payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursements.
  • Process and review employee expense claims in accordance with company policy.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
  • Handle filing of Goods and Services Tax (GST) in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and internal controls.
  • Coordinate financial audits and liaise with auditors and tax consultants.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.
  • Support management in financial decision-making with relevant reports and analysis.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and filing of all financial records.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, payroll, GST filing, and reporting standards.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Short notice period is highly advantageous.
