Description

As the Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in driving financial strategy, ensure fiscal discipline and support executive decision-making through data-driven insights. You will report directly to the Head of Finance and work closely with regional and global teams to manage budgets, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for leadership and stakeholders
• Partner with operations and commercial teams to optimize financial performance
• Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and standards
• Drive continuous improvements in financial systems, controls, and processes
• Support M&A activity, due diligence, and integration planning

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CA preferred.
• At least 5 years in financial management, within tech, start-ups or high-growth environments
• Strong international experience and understanding of multi-entity reporting
• Exceptional analytical, modeling, and presentation skills
• A strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
• Experience working in a fast-paced and global business
