Job summary

GROF SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior Accountant to oversee daily financial operations in Singapore, deliver accurate reporting, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

You will manage the in-house accounting function, support month-end/year-end processes, and provide insights for management decisions. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, maintaining GL, managing AP/AR, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring tax compliance across SG/MY standards, with potential for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of accounting experience, with at least 2–3 years in a senior/in-house role.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore and Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with SFRS and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain the general ledger, reconcile accounts, and oversee journal entries.
• Monitor cash flow and manage vendor payments and receivables.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and internal controls.
