Senior Accountant (Group)

Job Highlights:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare for all corporate reporting including Group consolidation and detailed financial analysis on a quarterly basis for management, shareholders, and stakeholders.

• Responsible for the completion of the audit and prepare the Group financial statement in accordance with SFRS(I).

• Responsible for the annual Group budget and forecast.

• Liaise with group auditor, tax agent, tax authorities, bankers, and consultants.

• Involve in implementing new and ensuring existing controls, processes including financial systems are maintained in compliance with the Group’s policies and procedures.

• Data administrator of the Group financial system and responsible for system improvements to enhance the reporting process for the Group.

• Prepare or review management reports and oversee the operations of certain business units.

• Assist in the ad-hoc projects assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess a degree in Accountancy with Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA, with at least 4 years of accounting/auditing experience in Real Estate/Property and preparation of Group consolidation preferred.

• Experience in handling Info SunSystem financial system and any consolidation systems would be highly advantageous.

• Well-versed in Financial Reporting Standards, Corporate Tax, and GST.

• Meticulous and committed professionals with a positive attitude and solutions-oriented mindset.

• Responsive, possess leadership skills, and fluent in both verbal and written communications.

• Independent, able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
