Responsibilities

• Oversee the full set of Accounts for Singapore and Vietnam subsidiaries.
• Review and analyze product costing reports for manufacturing plants.
• Manage transfer pricing and related documentation.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents for audits and tax matters.
• Supervise the Account Payable function.
• Implement ERP system improvements to enhance efficiencies.

Requirements

1. Accounting Degree or equivalent preferred
2. QualifiedACCA or CPA is a must for this post.
3. Minimum 8 years experiences and minimum 3 years as Accountant / Assistant Finance Manager.
4. Able to travel within Southeast Asia and up to 3 times yearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the full set of Accounts for Singapore and its Vietnam subsidiaries
• Review and analyse product costing reports for manufacturing plants
• Responsible for transfer price and the required documentations between Singapore and other Asia manufacturing plants
• Liaise with auditor & tax agent on subsidiary audit/tax matters and including tax planning to maximise tax savings
• Responsible for GST filing and work with external consultants for MES renewal
• Supervise the Account Payable function to ensure timely payments
• Implement improvements / enhancements in ERP systems to increase work efficiencies
