Provides a comprehensive suite of marine environmental services and fuel testing solutions
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial activities
- Check that all detailed information is well recorded in the system
- Coach the team on problem solving in areas such as AR, AP, FA, Tax, GL, etc.
- Monitor billing activities and sales recognition monthly
- Reconcile accounts with related companies for both P&L and balance sheet accounts
- Support timely and high-quality financial report submissions to HQ
- Participate as a project member in system upgrades or new system implementations
- Monitor the efficiency and identify deficiencies in internal control points
- Streamline and document standard processes
- Conduct management reporting and analysis by business model
- Prepare departmental budgets and forecasts
- Provide supporting information to explain variances between budget and actual figures
- Liaise with external and internal auditors
- Assist in reviewing audit and tax reports (GST, CIT)
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- At least 5 years of financial work experience, including 3 years in general ledger and reporting
- Diploma/Degree in accounting or finance
- Strong attention to detail, compliance, process, and productivity
