Job summary

Position

Overview: Join the Finance team to manage accounting entries, reporting, and analysis tasks, including month-end closing, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Main responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Prepare forecasts and annual budgets.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and authorities as needed.
• Partner with department heads.
• Prepare monthly dashboards and analysis reports for management and HQ.
• Prepare balance sheet schedules.
• Assist in new process and system implementations.
• Develop management reports/decks.
• Support AP team with claims and invoices processing.
• Participate in process improvement projects.
• Handle ad-hoc reports and projects.

Qualifications and profile

• Minimum 10 years relevant experience, including at least 2 years in audit.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Good knowledge of IFRS, accounting principles, tax, and GST.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to work independently, with strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Effective time management and project management skills.
