Job Description:


You will play a crucial role in supporting the financial planning and analysis of Finance related functions of our organisation, such as Payroll, Costing, Management Accounting, Corporate Governance, etc. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights, analysis, and recommendations that drive informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Analyze data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the annual budget and periodic forecasts.
  • Conduct variance analysis to assess performance against budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide insightful analysis on key financial metrics, trends, and opportunities.

Reporting and Presentation:

  • Prepare and present financial reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of executive-level presentations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with various departments to understand their financial needs and provide guidance.
  • Collaborate on special projects, providing financial expertise and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy or other professional accounting qualifications from reputable Universities, recognized by ISCA
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, of which at least 1 year in a reputable and large public accounting firm
  • Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (SAP preferred)
  • Good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous and adept in working under pressure and tight timelines
