A leading company in the financial sector is seeking a financial professional to ensure accuracy in financial activities and reporting. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in finance, contribute to system upgrades, and monitor financial processes. This role offers opportunities for personal growth and collaboration within a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial activities
Check all detailed information are well recorded in the system
Coach the team on problem solving in the area of AR, AP, FA, Tax, GL etc.
Monitor the billing activities and sales recognition every month
Monitor the reconciliation with related companies both for P&L account and balance sheet account.
Support the financial report package is timely sent to HQ with high quality
Be the project member of system upgrading or new system implementation
Monitor the efficiency and deficiency of internal control points
Streamline and document the standard process.
Management reporting analysis by business model
Make budget & forecast of the department
Provide the supporting information to explain the variance between budget and actual
Liaise with external audit and internal audit
Assist with the review of audit report and tax report ( GST, CIT )
Other ad hoc task assigned by management
Requirements:
Fluent in Chinese and English
5 years of financial work experience, including 3 years of general ledger and reporting experience
Diploma/Degree in accounting or finance
Strong attention to details, compliance, process and productivity
Experience with SAP B1 will be a plus
