About Us

What you will be doing

  • Responsible in supervising the daily accounting and financial operations of the accounts team;
  • Prepare monthly Club’s journals, accounts and all related management reporting timely;
  • Ensure the Club’s financial and accounting records are properly kept and recorded in accordance to Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and compliance with the regulatory requirements;
  • Preparing monthly I&E Statements;
  • Liaise with the relevant stakeholders to the completion of statutory reporting, including liaising with auditors on audit related queries, prepare audit schedules and financial report to auditors
  • Processing of monthly Giro payments and prints for statement of accounts;
  • Participates in Finance committee meetings and operations meeting. Prepare minutes of meetings;
  • Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related qualifications with at least 5-7 years of relevant experience;
  • Strong command of written and spoken English;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders;
  • Independent and ability manage work with minimum supervision;
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to details;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with knowledge of Pivot Tables, V- look-ups etc.
