In this role, you will be at the forefront of client engagement—managing strategic accounts, building long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, and driving the delivery of customized digital solutions spanning enterprise systems, IT infrastructure services, and business applications that address real business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop key enterprise accounts to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Drive and implement consistent sales processes, from pipeline tracking to forecasting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-suite executives.
  • Conduct sales presentations and consultative discussions tailored to client needs.
  • Lead contract negotiations on terms, pricing, and service scope.
  • Collaborate closely with Pre-sales, Delivery, and Operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and strategic plans based on client requirements.
  • Stay current with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to refine account strategies.
  • Ensure proper sales documentation in line with company policy and reporting standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT or ERP solution sales, preferably with enterprise-level account management.
  • Strong knowledge of IT business solutions, including cloud computing and digital transformation technologies.
