Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of experience in account management, public relations, talent management, integrated marketing, advertising, entertainment, communications, or events.
• Experience in PR, communications, advertising, marketing, entertainment, luxury, beauty, lifestyle, or talent management agency environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build & maintain client relationships.
• Lead campaigns and projects from launches to events and partnerships.
• Manage media, talent reps, partners, vendors and internal stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Understand client objectives, budgets, and priorities to create value for client and agency.
• Manage celebrity public relations initiatives, including media engagements and press events.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships through strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
• Anticipate challenges and proactively solve problems across multiple projects.
