A leading accounting firm in Singapore seeks an experienced individual to manage monthly financial closings and accounts for Singapore and Batam. The candidate should hold a degree in Accountancy with over 3 years of experience. Proficiency in ACCPAC, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite is preferred. Good communication skills in English and Chinese are essential for handling client interactions. The role includes budgeting, forecasting, and additional responsibilities as assigned.
Role & Responsibility
ð GL monthly financial account closing (Singapore & Batam),
ð Balance sheet schedule updates, GST reporting and audit process.
ð Accounts for CAPEX
ð Budgeting & forecasting - analyse/gather explanations on actual P&L performance
ð Full AR (Accounts Receivable) scope for Singapore and batam
ð Partial AP (Accounts Payable) scope for batam ( key in AP Payment inside ACCPAC & interco between singapore and batam account)
ð Adhoc duties assigned by management
Requirements
* Degree in Accountancy with more than 3 years of full sets work experience.
* Knowledge of ACCPAC software ( preferred)
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Able to manage multiple tasks with tight timelines to complete tasks diligently
* Meticulous, confident, organized and willingness to learn
* Able to speak English and Chinese too as need to handle this group of clients
