RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive new client acquisition in the medical and life sciences verticals, targeting companies in medical equipment, laboratory equipment & consumables, biotech, and pharmaceuticals.
  • Promote the company's IT systems and software/hardware R&D services to key decision-makers in global healthcare and life science organizations
  • Design and execute engagement strategies tailored to complex client environments in regulated industries.
  • Cultivate and manage executive-level relationships, ensuring trust, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to architect solutions that align with client goals.
  • Uncover opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and renew with precision and insight.
  • Provide high-touch account management from onboarding through delivery, serving as a primary point of contact for business-critical needs.
  • Maintain a clear view of your pipeline, forecast revenue accurately, and provide executive-level reporting.
  • Stay informed of trends in medical technology, life sciences, biotech, and enterprise IT services to engage clients as a knowledgeable partner.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in IT services or the medical/biotech/pharmaceutical sector.
  • Proven track record of sales success, especially in the medical, healthcare, or regulated industries.
  • Strong understanding of IT support, managed services, and enterprise technology solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently hunt, close deals, and manage enterprise-level clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a consultative approach to client engagement.
  • Ability to travel within the region when required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
