At Salesforce, we're seeking outstanding individuals to join our team as Account Executives with a strong technical background and experience in AI-driven solutions. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving revenue growth, fostering enduring client relationships, and applying innovative technology that redefines customer engagement.

We are hiring for both our Commercial and Enterprise business segments! As a MuleSoft Account Executive, you will partner with companies to uncover and drive complex digital transformation strategies, utilizing our API Connectivity via the MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform. You will work directly with C-level executives and collaborate with an account team to drive customer business objectives and outcomes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Our MuleSoft Account Executives engage with existing customers and new leads. They develop strong, positive, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers, helping customers realize value from their Salesforce investments. You will develop opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting.

  • Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
  • Assist in developing and executing long-term strategies for the accounts, aligned with customer business objectives
  • Coordinate internal resources to meet customer needs
  • Assist with account planning, collaborating with Prime and Cloud sales resources for strategic alignment
  • Communicate the value propositions of MuleSoft and Salesforce to existing and potential customers
  • Drive growth within assigned accounts, both new and existing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Significant full-cycle sales experience with a proven success record
  • Experience selling technical platforms preferred
  • Knowledge of the Integration / API Market
  • Experience managing large key accounts
  • Ability to strategize with a large extended team
