Qualifications

Job Description:
- Maintaining the general ledger, including recording transactions, preparing journal entries, accruals, and reclassifications;
- Ensuring timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing schedules and financial reporting packages;
- Performing various reconciliations, such as bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and reconciliations of accounts receivable and payable;
- Preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements;
- Assisting with both internal and external audits, as well as preparing tax submissions and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations;
- Handling intercompany billing, reconciliation, and settlement, potentially across multiple entities or regions;
- Ensuring adherence to SFRS and other relevant accounting standards and regulations;
- Performing other duties as assigned, which may include assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and other ad-hoc tasks;
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- At least 3 years of work experience in Finance & Accounting
- Intermediate to Advance user in Excel
- Organised, detailed and deadline oriented
- Confident to liaise with Partners &/or Vendors and Sales team
- A team player yet able to work well independently in a fast-paced environment
