Job summary

A leading accounting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced accountant to handle full sets of financial accounts for a diverse client portfolio. The successful candidate will manage tax matters and ensure compliance, requiring 4-5 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of relevant accounting working experience.
• ACCA, CPA considered a plus.
• Able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle full sets of financial accounts.
• Manage clients' tax matters including Corporation Income Tax and GST returns.
• Implement internal control procedures and ensure compliance.

Job description

Key responsibilities:

• Independently handling full sets of financial accounts (preparing Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Annual Compilation Report) for a portfolio of diversified clients in different industries.
• Handling clients’ tax matters, including but not limited to filling of Corporation Income Tax, GST return and Individual tax return with IRAS etc.
• Liaising with external/ internal auditor and tax agents upon request.
• Liaising with government bodies (such as IRAS, CPF, DOS etc) on behalf of clients on compliance matters.
• Implementing accounting policies and internal control procedures and ensuring compliance
• Instructing and give training to juniors in the workplace
• Carry out ad-hoc duties, when assigned
• 独立负责不同行业客户全套财务报表报告编制（利润表、资产负债表、现金流量表及年度财务报告）
• 负责客户公司报税事项，独立完成税务计算表，申报FORM C-S及FORM C等，包括但不限于企业所得税，GST、个人所得税
• 配合内外部审计师工作
• 配合外部机构工作及沟通，如IRAS, CPF等
• 认真执行会计政策及内控合规流程
• 在工作上给予同事与下属帮助与培训
• 完成上级安排的其他工作

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Accountancy/Accounting
• 4 -5 years of relevant accounting working experience
• Excellent communication skills and strong cooperation consciousness to liaise with various internal and external stakeholders. Team player.
• Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• 四至五年会计审计行业工作经验
