About

Our client is a leading provider of precision engineering solutions for the medical, life sciences, and semiconductor industries. Committed to quality and innovation, they are seeking a skilled accounting professional to support financial operations and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Accounts Receivable Management – Oversee customer collections, ensure timely payments, reconcile accounts, and address discrepancies in coordination with internal teams.
  • Accounts Payable Processing – Handle vendor invoices and employee claims, ensuring accurate recording, timely payments, and resolution of disputes.
  • General Ledger Maintenance – Update and maintain the general ledger, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
  • Month-End Closing Activities – Support month-end reconciliations, prepare reports, and ensure timely submission of financial statements.
  • Audit and Compliance Support – Assist in financial audits, tax filings, and regulatory requirements as needed.
  • System & Process Optimization – Utilize accounting software (preferably SAP B1) and Excel for data management while identifying process improvements for efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve financial matters and maintain smooth accounting operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent; accounting qualifications (e.g., Certified Accounting Technician, Diploma in Accounting, or LCCI Diploma) preferred.
  • 2 to 5 years in full-set accounting, covering receivables, payables, and general ledger; corporate finance or shared services experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (SAP B1 preferred) and Microsoft Excel; strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
