Job Description
● Lead account servicing team consisting of 4-5 members (For Account Manager only)
● Client account management and servicing
● Crafting of proposals and quotation
● Brainstorming, event conceptualisation and implementation
● Project Management, on-site execution and post event evaluation
● On-site operation and management
● Planning and sourcing on event requirement
● Foster good relationship with business partners and vendor
Requirement:
● Proficient in G Suite and Ms Office
● At least 1 to 3 years of event management or production experience
● Experienced in brand experience, event operation, production, creative works or relevant skills for live show operation
● Willing to work long hours, weekends & travel overseas.
● Team Player and independent & humble
● Strong organizational and management skills
● Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
● Good communication skills, negotiation skills and have the ability to manage multiple events
● Self-starter’s attitude, positive attitude, easy going & positive values in ethics & personal integrity
● Creative, mature and leadership qualities
● Fluency in written and spoken English is a must as you will need to communicate with brand managers, creative agencies and conference organiser from USA, Europe and Hong Kong
