Job description

As a Senior Account Executive at Popper Asia, you will be responsible for nurturing and managing client relationships, ensuring the successful execution of projects, and driving business growth. You will be the primary point of contact between our clients and our internal teams, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to help our clients achieve their goals.

In general, typical duties that you will be tasked with include:

  1. Strategic Planning: Contributing to the development of strategic plans and recommendations to help clients achieve their business objectives.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understanding clients’ business objectives and providing strategic recommendations.
  3. Project Management: Managing projects from start to finish with the support of your managers, including management of budget and communication with clients and other stakeholders.
  4. Logistics: An understanding of BTL events and online events, along with an administrative approach, is essential to this role.
  5. Vendor Management: Overseeing relationships with third-party partners, booking/ordering equipment and supplies needed for our events, creating and maintaining documents tracking timelines and budgets, processing and tracking invoices and payments.
  6. Presentations/Decks: Leading or assisting with the creation of PowerPoint presentations used as pitch proposals, event recaps, or other deliverables for clients.
  7. Research & Strategy: Assisting with the pitch process by contributing to brainstorms, concept ideation, industry trends/competitive research, and sourcing assets.
  8. Reporting & Analysis: Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics. Providing clients with insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Requirements:

  • Organized, outgoing, independent, and responsible.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • A team player who works well with cross-functional teams (creative, production, finance, etc.).
