Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Must have working experience to handle multiple full sets of accounts
• Perform daily reconciliation and bank reconciliation on a daily and monthly basis
• Prepare monthly P&L
• Complete the month-end closing process and review all journals, postings & reconciliations to ensure proper compliance with accounting standards
• Prepare GST Returns
• Preparation of audit schedules
• Liaise with external auditors, statutory bodies, company secretarial, bankers, and other consultants for audit/financial and banking matters
• Assist with monthly payroll preparation and yearly statutory submission
• Assist with grant application submission and claims
• Assist with ISO Audit and Bizsafe Audit
• Any other ad-hoc duties
• Able to multi-task and work with tight deadlines
• Fast-paced working environment
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
