Job summary

Silicon Labs is hiring a Maintenance/Equipment Technician in Singapore to support semiconductor test equipment in a high-volume production environment.

The role requires hands-on experience with test handlers, testers and scanners, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work 12-hour shifts as needed and collaborate with engineering teams for uptime improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years semiconductor test experience in a technician role.
• Technical Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
• Hands-on experience with test handlers, testers and scanners.

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate and maintain test equipment to support production.
• Monitor equipment performance, downtime and cost of maintenance.
• Train operators on the operation of all equipment.
• Prepare reports on equipment utilization, downtime and daily output.
• Interact with operators, supervisors and engineers to meet production requirements.
