Job summary

Ultra Clean Asia Pacific is seeking a Technician in Singapore to support manufacturing and test activities for high-quality semiconductor equipment. The role focuses on functional and leak testing, defect resolution, and collaborative problem solving with the engineering team.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in manufacturing/engineering, holds NITEC or a related diploma, and is comfortable working in a cleanroom environment with shift work and occasional OT as required.

Qualifications

• NITEC or Higher NITEC is required.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing/engineering.
• Willing to work in a cleanroom and on shift with OT if needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform product functional tests and leak tests; identify errors and rework if required.
• Document troubleshooting methodology and develop coaching/technical materials for TTS.
• Lead and participate in manufacturing continuous improvement programs.
• Collaborate with engineers on line issues and troubleshoot production problems.
• Train and guide new staff (Buddy System) and ensure proper handoffs between shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness, follow cleanroom protocol and safety guidelines.
