Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. is seeking a semiconductor test engineer to develop and debug ATE test programs for Digital, PMIC, RF, and Mixed-Signal devices using Advantest V93000 and Teradyne UFLEX platforms.

You will collaborate with Design Engineers on first silicon bring-up, device characterization and production release activities, and perform thorough vector debugging across PVT conditions. Strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

Degree in Microelectronics, Semiconductor Engineering, or equivalent.
At least 2 years in semiconductor test engineering, product engineering, or silicon validation with exposure to ATE platforms such as Advantest V93000 or Teradyne UFLEX.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; experience in test development and device characterization.

Responsibilities

Develop and debug ATE test programs for Digital, PMIC, RF, and Mixed-Signal devices.
Collaborate with Design Engineers on first silicon bring-up, device characterization, failure analysis, and production release activities.
Perform digital vector debugging (JTAG, SCAN, ATPG, Functional Test, MBIST) and characterize devices across PVT conditions.
Drive yield improvement, test time reduction, and production optimization with cross-functional teams.
