Job summary

EnviroDynamics Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Technician to join our semiconductor equipment team in Ang Mo Kio, Singapore.

The role focuses on preventive maintenance of semiconductor tools inside a cleanroom and requires meticulous adherence to procedures for installation and replacement of heavy machinery parts. You'll perform daily 6S workplace audits, support PM activities, and assist with logistic tasks related to major and minor PM, tube cleaning, and heater changes, contributing

Qualifications

• Engineering qualification required.
• 1–2 years of Technician experience in semiconductor field.
• Willing to work in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance of semiconductor tools inside cleanroom.
• Follow procedures for installation and replacement of heavy machinery parts.
• Perform 6S workplace audits daily.
• Assist on minor PM/major PM/tube cleaning/main heater change PM and related logistics tasks.
• Perform sub-fab audit including tool health for UPS, scrubber, etc.

They are expanding their team and are now looking for a Technician to join their outstanding team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance of Semiconductor tools inside cleanroom
• Follow procedure of installation and replacement of heavy machinery parts
• Perform workplace 6S audit daily
• Assist on Minor PM/ Major PM/ Tube Clean/ Main heater change PM etc in term of logistic task
• Perform sub fab audit (Include tool health for UPS, Scrubber etc)

Requirements:

• Education Qualification in any Engineering field
• 1 - 2 years' Technician experience in semiconductor field
• Willing to work in cleanroom environment
