Job description

Drive and manage sustainability and infrastructure improvement projects within a manufacturing environment, ensuring energy/resource efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Lead planning & execution of sustainability and infrastructure projects

Optimize energy use under ISO 50001 framework

Submit ECA & WEMP reports to authorities

Monitor and analyze resource usage (energy, water, gas, etc.)

Collaborate on sustainability roadmap and annual operating plan (AOP)

Provide technical troubleshooting support

Maintain documentation and as-built records

Support continuous improvement and team knowledge sharing

Degree in Engineering or related field

Min. 4-6 years' experience in manufacturing

SCEM certification is a must

Strong team player with proactive mindset
