Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated quality control professional to oversee board and functional testing at our Woodlands site. You will update test specifications and manage RMAs for control boards and electronics, performing machine buyoffs and ESD validation.

Responsibilities include data analysis for improvements, QA audits, and creating procedures and checklists to ensure adherence to quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical or Mechatronics with related quality testing knowledge.
• Experience with semiconductor testing methodologies and ESD validation.
• ISO internal audit familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Quality control oversight of boards and functional testing.
• Maintain and update test specs to meet quality standards.
• Manage RMA for control boards, BH, PCBA, motors.
• Perform machine buyoff, test calibration, setup, and ESD testing.
• Generate/Update test procedures, work instructions, and QC checklists.
• Analyze test data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Conduct internal and external quality audits and 8D reports.
