StaffKing Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking dedicated operators to perform wafer testing, die testing, and sorting to meet daily production schedules. You will follow SOPs, handle wafers and dies with care, and maintain cleanroom 6S standards in a regulated environment.

The role requires rotating 12-hour shifts with overtime opportunities, and the company offers a basic salary with allowances, transportation support, and annual leave. Prior semiconductor experience is preferred.

Formación

• Candidates with semiconductor manufacturing or engineering-related experience preferred.
• Wafer testing, die testing or die sorting experience advantageous.
• Able to work rotating shifts and commit to overtime when required.
• Responsible and detail-oriented, able to follow production procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Perform wafer testing using designated wafer testing platforms according to production schedules.
• Conduct die testing using designated die testing platforms to meet production requirements.
• Carry out die sorting operations using designated sorting platforms.
• Follow production schedules, work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor testing and sorting processes to ensure accuracy and production quality.
• Maintain proper handling of wafers, dies and production materials.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and comply with 6S standards within the cleanroom environment.
• Follow cleanroom procedures, safety requirements and operational guidelines.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Summary Benefits:

• Basic Salary: $2,400-$2,800
• High overtime opportunities, with potential gross salary of up to $8,000/month
• Meal Allowance: $220/month
• Day Shift Allowance: $15/day
• Night Shift Allowance: $30/day

Working Days & Hours

• 4-3-3-4 rotating shift schedule
• 12-hour shifts: 8:30 AM - 8:30 PM
• Overtime required, with confirmed opportunities exceeding 72 hours per month
