Job summary

ASPIROX PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Product Engineer with semiconductor product engineering experience, preferably with CPU/GPU products or IPs.

You will analyze engineering and manufacturing test data to yield insights and drive debug actions across silicon and packagequalification. You will plan and execute IP and Product Characterization, work with Test Engineers on test program development, and coordinate data collection for both volume and corner samples to deliver actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering is required.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience, preferably with CPU/GPU products/IPs.
• Experience with test IPs such as Scan, MBIST, Functional, Analog-Mixed Signals, and High-Speed I/O test.
• Good understanding of DFT concepts and OSAT qualification for manufacturing testing.
• Proficient in Unix and Windows; scripting in Java, Perl, and Python.

Responsibilities

• Analyze engineering and manufacturing test data with statistics and yield insights.
• Analyze yield paretos and debug needs; identify solutions.
• Analyze data from silicon and package qualification; drive debug and resolution.
• Plan and execute IP and Product Characterization tasks end-to-end.
• Coordinate characterization data collection and monitor execution.
• Prepare detailed characterization reports; derive insights on performance and sensitivities.
