Responsibilities

• Prepare wafers for experimentation, including cleaning and reactor preparation.
• Operate reactors to perform thin film processes with limited supervision.
• Operate SEM for cross-section, top-view, and CD analyses and imaging.
• Record process conditions and experimental observations.
• Perform routine maintenance and alignment of SEM systems.
• Coordinate with requestors and monitor Wafer In Process throughput.
• Check performance of process systems and coordinate with vendors.
