Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a Process Engineer (Semiconductor) in Singapore. Entry-level candidates are welcome. The role offers a 5-day week, 9am–6pm, with a monthly salary of SGD 3,300–3,500, with overtime encouraged.

You will support dry etch, etch, clean, CVD and deposition processes, contribute to process development, and work with cross‑functional teams to resolve integration issues, while training is provided.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical engineering.
• Work in cleanroom environment.
• Willing to work overtime.
• Training Provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers’ engineers on the development of Dry Etch/ Etch/ Clean/ CVD/ Deposition process.
• Develop new or modified process formulations, defines processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications, and reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of products.
• Coordinate design requirement review with appropriate engineering/ scientific personnel to ensure compatibility of processing methods.
• Compile and evaluate test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications.
• Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to troubleshoot processes and integration problems.
