Job summary

BHS Kinetic Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Installation Engineer to perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of TEL Track equipment at customer sites.

You will conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot faults, and support upgrades and process improvements while coordinating with customers and internal teams to meet schedules. Strong technical and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• College Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor equipment installation, maintenance, or field service support.
• Experience with TEL Clean Track ACT series or related Track systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, vacuum, and automation systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to read technical drawings, manuals, schematics, and engineering documents.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; customer-facing environment experience.
• Experience in semiconductor fab or wafer manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, set up, commission, qualification, and acceptance of TEL Track equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of semiconductor equipment.
• Diagnose faults and provide timely technical solutions to minimise downtime.
• Support upgrades, relocations, installations, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with customers, engineers, technicians, and internal teams to meet schedules.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and troubleshooting documentation.
• Provide on-site technical support and basic equipment training to customers.
• Adhere to safety, cleanroom protocols, and company procedures.
• Assist with domestic and overseas installation and service activities as required.
