Job Description:

Job:

To attain the highest quality and productivity through work simplifications and standardization, implementation of best known methods, and robust system solutions.

Sustain and provide continuous process improvement by planning, evaluating, verifying, and executing procedures to ensure products meet all customer requirements in terms of quantity, yield, and cycle time.

Liaise with customers and potential customers on development and improvement of process, material, and equipment capabilities.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive improvement.

All aspects of this job are WLD plant-wide, affecting operations.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of Laser Mark Process Engineer experience in the fast-moving semiconductor industry are preferred.

Engineer degree from a recognized university.

Knowledge of JMP, 8D, FMEA, and DOE methodologies will be advantageous.

Independent self-starter with a drive to meet operational goals.

High level of commitment and passion.
