Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Support pre-assembly of new devices and current high-volume manufacturing devices.
• Manage qualification stages and ramp-up to production.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding new device requirements.
• Oversee production activities and implement cost-saving measures.
• Coordinate engineering, quality, and pre-production activities for new devices.
• Manage documentation related to new devices.
• Qualify new devices for production loading.
• Maintain devices for free quality excursions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering with at least 5 years of related experience.
• Preferably with 5 years of experience in pre-assembly processes such as back grind, laser groove, and wafer sawing.
• Proficiency in JMP software and SAP system.
