Job description

Job:

Ensure process capability and continuous improvement plans to meet customer expectations

Resource planning to ensure technical strength; talents in the team is competitive to the leading edge

Train and develop team on Process Characterization Techniques using Statistical methods

Provide material disposition to meet customer delivery

Work with cross functional team for new product/ process development, yield enhancement, cost reduction, capacity expansion and productivity improvement

Interact with customer on special request, audit, visit and quality incident

Perform equipment selection and qualification

Wet Process in WLB covers, but not limited to, Cu Plate, Solder Plate, Resist Strip, Wet Etch and Wafer Clean.

Manage and lead a team of process engineers

o Meeting customer requirements on process control, product quality, yield and reliability

o Continuously improve process performance (Cpk, I.I, Rework Rate, Lot 1st Pass Rate)

o Fulfill 10-Step PCE (Process Control Engineering) requirement

o Review process capability periodically and explore opportunity for cost/ productivity/ cycle time improvement

o Qualifying new process, material, equipment for productivity/ cost/ capacity

Line troubleshooting and material disposition

Develop and update process technology roadmap

Resources planning to ensure timely execution to meet objective set

Provide progress report at the end of every workweek, month and quarter

Conduct quarterly performance review together with equipment engineering team

Perform Level 2 Gemba walk

Continuously educate and improve technical knowledge of team members through forums, training sessions

Requirements:

Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering/Chemistry/Physics/Material Science or its equivalent

Minimum 8 years working experience in Wafer Fab or Bump Fab

Minimum 3 years working at Management level
