A leading company in the semiconductor industry is seeking a Semicon Process Associate Engineer to collaborate with Process Engineers on manufacturing activities, ensuring quality compliance and supporting new product introductions. Ideal candidates should have a relevant diploma and experience in semiconductor assembly, and be prepared for rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related.
• At least 2 years working experience in Semicon Assembly Process.
• Able to work 12 hour rotating Shift.

Responsibilities

• Support, coordinate and follow up on all manufacturing/process related activities.
• Monitor line performance/quality/yield and support qualification activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures/controls implemented.

Job:

Work with Process Engineers to support, coordinate and follow up on all manufacturing / process related activities

Support Process Engineers in monitoring line performance / quality / yield

Monitor abnormal lots on daily basis

Support the Process Engineers on material and process qualification / evaluation activities

Ensure that the line complies in all the quality procedures / controls / system implemented by Process Engineers

Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by supervisor from time to time

Support new product introduction / device and package qualification builds.

Requirement :

• At least a Diploma in Electronics ,Electrical ,Mechanical Engineering or related
• At least 2 years working experience in Semicon Assembly Process
• Able to work 12 hour rotating Shift
• Good Team player
