Semicon Process Associate Engineer (Wafer Bump)

Job:

Work with Process Engineers to support, coordinate and follow up on all manufacturing / process related activities.

Support Process Engineers in monitoring line performance, quality, and yield.

Monitor abnormal lots on a daily basis.

Support the Process Engineers on material and process qualification/evaluation activities.

Ensure that the line complies with all the quality procedures, controls, and systems implemented by Process Engineers.

Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Support new product introduction, device, and package qualification builds.

Requirement:

• At least a Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related.
• At least 2 years working experience in Semicon Assembly Process.
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Good team player.
