Job

Responsible for the overall strategic planning of the company, support the company strategic management system, medium and long-term strategy, and monitor strategic plan implementation.

Responsibility:

1. Responsible for analyzing market trends, competitor dynamics, and customer needs in the semiconductor industry, providing strategic advice to management team.

2. Work with strategic team to develop and update the company long-term strategic plans, ensuring alignment with industry development trends and market demands.

3. Lead cross-function teams to promote the implementation of strategies, ensuring the consistency and synergy of departmental objectives.

4. Monitor the progress of strategy implementation, report regularly to management, and adjust strategic directions based on market changes.

5. Support management team on the company annual plan, including annual KPI goals and budget plans, to ensure effective allocation and utilization of resources.

6. Coordinate with external research and consulting agencies, investment institutions, prepare feasibility reports related to the strategic projects, and carry out relevant strategic projects.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in the semiconductor industry or related fields.

2. At least 8 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or related fields in the semiconductor industry.

3. Familiarity with market dynamics, technological trends, and industry standards in the semiconductor industry.

4. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of extracting key information from complex market environments.

5. Outstanding communication and leadership abilities, able to effectively collaborate with team members at different levels and backgrounds.

6. Excellent project management and execution skills, able to work under pressure and achieve goals.

7. Capable of international communication and business negotiations
