Job summary

Octomate Staffing Pte. Ltd. is seeking a junior equipment technician to perform maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting of semicon equipment in a cleanroom environment in Woodlands, Singapore.

You will support installation, setup and qualification activities, document service records, and work closely with senior engineers to resolve issues while adhering to safety and operational procedures. Qualifications

• Min Diploma with relevant semicon equipment experience or hands-on maintenance, servicing or troubleshooting of equipment/devices.
• Entry level candidates with relevant diploma engineering studies can be considered.
• Singapore citizens only.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment servicing, preventive maintenance and repair activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment hardware, software and process-related issues.
• Respond to equipment issues and provide timely technical support.
• Conduct equipment checks and verify operational quality and performance.
• Use technical documentation, diagnostic tools and test equipment to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Support equipment installation, setup, maintenance and qualification activities.
• Work closely with senior engineers to troubleshoot and resolve more complex technical issues.
• Support initiatives to improve equipment uptime, reliability and overall performance.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to address equipment-related issues.
• Maintain accurate service records, reports and relevant technical documentation.
