Job summary

People Profilers Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated semiconductor equipment maintenance specialist in Singapore.

You will operate, maintain, and optimize die attach, wafer saw, backgrinding, laser groove, tape mount, and die sorting equipment, ensuring high uptime. Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, installation support, and collaboration with Process, Production, Quality, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant engineering field is required.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or equipment engineering preferred.
• Hands-on experience with die attach, wafer saw, backgrinding, laser groove, tape mount, or die sorting equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize die attach, wafer saw, backgrinding, laser groove, tape mount, and die sorting equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
• Support installation, qualification, ramp-up, and process improvement activities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, and automation issues.
• Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Process, Production, Quality, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Maintain equipment documentation, SOPs, and maintenance records.

• Performpreventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment uptime andreliability.

Requirements:
