Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure design consistency across products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to create cohesive and effective designs. Analyze user feedback and usage data to identify areas for design improvement.What we are looking for 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design. Proven experience in creating user-centric designs for web and mobile applications. Experience with user research, personas, journey mapping, and usability testing. Advanced knowledge of design tools and software. Basic understanding of front-end development practices. Experience in presenting and defending design decisions to stakeholders.
