- Managing logistics for parts to prevent uptime losses due to equipment failure.
- Managing expenditure for equipment maintenance without compromising quality.
- Continuously improving equipment KPIs related to quality, uptime, and costs.
- Planning and implementing effective preventive maintenance programs.
- Coaching and mentoring subordinates, providing feedback on work performance.
- Documenting corrective actions and best practices for maximum ROI and learning.
- Participating in CIP programs to optimize equipment utilization and maintenance costs.
- Becoming a technical expert for specific machine specialization.
- Utilizing SPACE for SPC chart analysis, JMP for engineering experiments, and measurement instruments effectively.
- Understanding and generating FMEA analyses for new tools to identify and mitigate risks.
- Creating PROMIS (SiView) DC OP and SPC charts.
- Supporting new equipment start-up, including facilities hookup, vendor startup, and acceptance.
- Promoting wafer scrap reduction mindset.
- Following up on SPSR, MRB, 8D, TECN, and ECN documentation for issue closure and guiding junior engineers.
- Self-auditing and updating specifications to meet TS16949 Quality Standards.
- Conducting performance appraisals for technicians or AEs as instructed.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Microelectronics, Materials, or Material Sciences Engineering.
- Preferably with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Photo Equipment (Track) in the semiconductor industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, VBA, and Power BI.
