Job description

Enterprise Engineering provides the tools and services necessary for Meta employees to get their jobs done effectively. Our impact is across our entire employee and contingent worker populations. We tackle complex technical issues in a diverse and heterogeneous environment. We are seeking Technical Program Managers (TPMs) to lead complex security solutions. TPMs at Meta navigate loosely defined problem spaces and turn them into well-structured programs while building cross-functional relationships. They recognize the big picture, find connections where none exist, quickly build rapport across multidisciplinary teams, and identify and execute on common goals to support Enterprise Engineering in creating a more secure employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Design experimental details, write reusable code, run evaluations, and organize results for experiments
• Contribute to publications and open-source projects
• Collaborate with large teams
• Identify long-term research goals and intermediate milestones
• Prioritize research applicable to Meta's product development
• Mentor team members and foster healthy cross-functional collaboration

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, with 12+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management, focusing on information security and risk management
• Experience in areas such as Infrastructure & Network Security, Identity and Access Management, Device/Platform Security, Data Loss Prevention, Threat Modeling, Vulnerability Management
• Proven track record in delivering security programs or products from start to finish
• Experience in designing technology architectures and developing solutions
• Project management experience related to information security and technology implementations
• Experience managing and communicating policies, controls, and practices for security initiatives
• Ability to distill complex technical information for diverse audiences
• Experience developing strategies and plans that leverage analytics and data for impact
• Skills in negotiation and conflict management
• Proven initiative-taking and collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders, including in different time zones
• Ability to build relationships across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
• Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects with clear goals
