Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Project Coordinator/Manager to oversee service projects across Singapore, including military sites, with the HQ at Outram.

You will plan, execute and complete projects on time and within budget, lead project teams, and communicate with stakeholders to meet milestones and client expectations. Requirements: Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field, about 5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field.
• Preferably with 5 years’ relevant work experience.
• Basic knowledge on ELV, Automation, Networking and Security Systems (CCTV, Card Access, Alarm System) will be an advantage.
• Candidates from the same industry will be highly preferred.
• Must have own vehicle due to accessibility of work site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and close projects according to timelines and budgets.
• Lead and direct project teams to achieve common objectives.
• Engage stakeholders to deliver milestones and meet deadlines.
• Ensure client satisfaction and manage escalations as main contact.
• Maintain documentation and align project scope with sold commitments.
• Coordinate tasks, resources and programme management.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
