Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a project-focused security installation professional to lead site supervision and coordinate with contractors for CCTV, access control and intrusion systems. You will ensure installations meet client requirements and regulatory standards.

The role requires hands-on experience with security installations, strong collaboration with sales and Project Managers, and attention to safety and documentation. Onsite work in the West with regular hours.

Qualifications

• Higher Nitec or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
• 1–3 years’ site supervision and coordination experience with main contractors and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales staff to understand sales orders and client security needs.
• Confirm and understand clients' security requirements.
• Reconfirm security design including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection before orders.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Manage contractors’ allocation and procurement with Project Manager.
• Oversee installation of security systems ensuring standards compliance.
• Integrate multiple security systems and conduct testing.
• Provide technical support during handover to Service/Operations teams.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation including design and installation records.
• Assist with system training sessions for clients or end-users.
