Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is assisting a well established company in Singapore to fill a role focused on planning, designing and delivering integrated security solutions.

You will coordinate with sales and clients to understand requirements and ensure compliant, high-quality installations of CCTV, access control and other security systems. The position covers project planning, installation supervision and client handover, with opportunities for training and career progression in a West Singapore

Qualifications

• Higher Nitec and/or Diploma in Electronics and/or Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum 1-3 years' experience in site supervision and coordination with main contractors and subcontractors.
• Hands-on experience in alarm, card access and CCTV system installation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design project workflows and schedules.
• Collaborate with sales and clients to understand security needs and requirements.
• Confirm security design including CCTV and access systems before orders.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, budgets and resources.
• Oversee installation and integration of security systems per standards.
• Provide technical support during handover and post-installation.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation and training materials.
• Ensure compliance with ISO45001 safety protocols.
