Job summary

Polluxa, Inc. is seeking a maintenance professional in Singapore to plan and perform maintenance for equipment and facilities across Islandwide locations.

The role involves diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues and supporting system installations and upgrades. You will implement preventive/predictive maintenance programs, collaborate with production, quality, and safety teams, and maintain detailed maintenance records.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 2–3 years' experience in maintenance or technical roles in manufacturing/industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform maintenance for equipment and facilities.
• Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
• Implement preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and safety teams.
• Maintain maintenance records and reports.
• Support installation and upgrades of systems.
• Identify and implement process and cost improvements.
