A leading company in security systems is seeking a Service Manager to oversee workflows and client engagements. This role involves managing service delivery and enhancing team performance while ensuring high-quality outcomes. Candidates should possess hands-on experience with security systems and a valid driving license.
Benefits Summary:
Basic up to $4500
Incentives, AWS and transport allowances provided
Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 6pm
Location: East
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full service and maintenance workflow for timely and efficient completion.
Act as the primary client contact for all maintenance-related matters.
Supervise and assign tasks to the service team for effective service delivery.
Develop service plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress against milestones.
Identify and implement improvements to service deployment and team performance.
Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and enhancing satisfaction.
Oversee technical and operational aspects to ensure high-quality service outcomes.
Require hands-on experience with security systems: Integrated Security Management, Card Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and CCTV.
Experience with security system configuration, programming, and third-party integration is advantageous.
Additional Information:
Must hold a Class 3/3A driving license.
