Job Summary:

We are seeking a Security Systems Senior Technician / Team Leader, where you will manage and execute security projects, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and with high-quality standards. You’ll act as the main client contact, overseeing project milestones and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage security systems projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive project milestones and meet strict deadlines.
  • Act as the single point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and managing escalations.
  • Ensure projects deliver as-sold solutions, stay within the baseline budget, and are completed on time, all while meeting quality and client satisfaction criteria.
  • Coordinate project team activities through effective task delegation, resource assignment, and program management.
  • Maintain proper project documentation and ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or a related field.
  • Candidates with experience in the security systems industry will be highly preferred.
  • Strong communicator with excellent coordination and interpersonal skills.
  • Sensitive to deadlines with a strong ability to manage resources efficiently.
  • Basic technical knowledge of ELV, Automation, Networking, and Security Systems (CCTV, Card Access, Alarm Systems) will be advantageous.
  • Highly motivated individual with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving capabilities.
